1. About these terms
These terms govern the services provided by Pea's Paws ("we", "us", "our") to you ("the client"). By booking a service you agree to these terms. We operate in the United Kingdom and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Services
We provide dog walking, pet sitting and drop-in visits as agreed at the time of booking. Services are subject to availability and our reasonable judgement regarding the safety and welfare of the animal.
3. Bookings & payment
Bookings are confirmed once accepted by us. Payment is due as set out on your invoice. We accept card payments through our secure payment provider. Late payment may incur reasonable administration charges.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a booking are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged at 50% of the booking fee. No-shows may be charged in full. We reserve the right to cancel a booking where weather or animal welfare concerns make it unsafe to proceed.
5. Health, safety & welfare
You confirm your animal is in good health, fully vaccinated and insured. You must disclose any behavioural, medical or dietary issues at the time of booking. We may decline or end a service where the safety of any person or animal is at risk.
6. Liability
We are fully insured for the services we provide. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, injuries caused by your animal to itself or others where appropriate disclosures were not made, or for events outside our reasonable control.
7. Keys & access
Where keys or access codes are provided, they are stored securely and used only for the purpose of providing the agreed service. They are returned or destroyed on request.
8. Photographs & updates
Photographs and updates of your animal taken during a service are shared with you privately. We will only use them publicly (for example on social media) with your prior consent.

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page.
