Pea's Paws ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based dog walking and pet care service. We are the data controller for the personal information you share with us.

We collect the information you give us when you contact us or book a service — your name, contact details, pet details, address (where relevant for pickups and visits), and payment information processed through our secure payment provider. During GPS-tracked walks we collect the route and timing of the walk so we can share it with you.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about bookings, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Photos of your pet
Photos taken during a service are shared with you privately through this app. We will only share them publicly (for example on social media) with your prior consent.
How we keep it safe
Your information is held securely with our hosting and payment providers, and accessed only by people who need it to deliver the service.
Your rights
